I'm Fiona
As a Nutritional Therapist, I work at the intersection of nutritional science and functional medicine, using evidence-based tools to understand what's driving your symptoms at a root-cause level. My approach draws on nutritional biochemistry, hormonal physiology, and the growing body of research connecting diet, lifestyle, and long-term health outcomes.
Away from clinic, I'm a mum to two little girls, and we're based in Timau, Kenya. This has given me a deep appreciation for how much culture, environment, and context shape the way we eat and live.

Nutritional therapy is personalised
So many of us live with ongoing symptoms — low energy, poor sleep, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances (the list goes on) — and never truly feel our best. Quick-fix diets, supplements, or medications can offer temporary relief, but they rarely address what's driving the problem in the first place.
Nutritional therapy takes a different approach. It looks at the body as one interconnected system — where gut health influences hormones, inflammation affects energy, and nutrient deficiencies can underpin symptoms that seem entirely unrelated. By investigating these connections, we can identify the root causes rather than simply managing the symptoms on the surface.
This isn't about replacing conventional medicine — it works powerfully alongside it. But where western medicine excels at diagnosis and acute care, nutritional therapy fills the gap: asking why, and building a evidence-informed plan to address it.
Every consultation is thorough and detailed. You'll leave with a personalised protocol — tailored to your biology, your goals, and your life — and Fiona will be with you every step of the way.

“Fiona has been such a support to me through some of the biggest moments of my life. Whether it was sorting things out before trying for a baby or figuring out what's best for my children, she's always there with practical, natural advice on supplements, nutrition and so much more — and she never once makes you feel silly for asking. She's warm, endlessly generous with her time, and you always come away feeling genuinely reassured and ready for whatever's next. I trust her completely, and I can't recommend her enough."

"I got to know Fiona back during 2022! She is genuinely one of the most kind individuals, and we really bonded when it came to nutrition and gut health. At the time I was experiencing severe abdominal issues which led to pain and discomfort. As someone who values putting my health first, I found Fiona to be extremely knowledgeable and passionate in regards to all things health and wellness!! Her expertise led me to search for answers outside of traditional medicine and focused on what was going in my body. Overtime I had a complete transformation and my body began to heal. I cannot recommend Fiona enough when it comes to finding only a professional, but a friend in the industry. It’s very hard to find someone who truly cares and wants to see you succeed! Even after my gut issues have resolved, we still stay in touch and she is very much still invested. I know that if I ever need anything in the future or have questions are concerned, she will always be there!"
